Many marketplace sellers claim Grade 1 quality based on only a single stage of basic mechanical sorting.

At Coffest Roastery, we implement three comprehensive physical sorting stages to ensure greater bean cleanliness and consistency:

1. Suton Machine: Removes foreign materials such as stones, twigs, dust, broken beans, and remaining parchment fragments that may have passed through earlier processing stages.

2. Optical Sorting Machine (SORTEX): Advanced optical sensor technology detects and ejects black beans, sour beans, and insect-damaged beans.

3. Hand Sorting (Manual Pick): A final manual inspection by our experienced team to eliminate fungus-damaged beans and minimize remaining defects to nearly 0%.

Our coffee undergoes an indirect sunlight drying process (Greenhouse Effect) to optimally preserve its flavor potential.
