As a Business Development at Coffest, you are the face of our brand in the field. You won't just be "selling"—you’ll be building bridges, finding the best spots to grow our presence, and creating lasting partnerships with our customers. You’ll spend most of your time out there, meeting new people, understanding their needs, and showing them why Coffest is the perfect partner. This role is ideal for a high-energy "people person" who loves being on the move and hates being stuck behind a desk.
This position is action-oriented and relational. We expect someone who is fearless, loves a good challenge, and has the "get it done" spirit to hit the streets and make things happen.
Responsibilities
- Identify and visit potential partners/customers to introduce Coffest’s products
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Negotiate deals and manage the onboarding process for new accounts
- Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor trends and customer feedback
- Meet growth targets through proactive field visits and networking
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (you can talk to anyone!)
- Comfortable with field work and traveling to various locations
- Results-driven with a strong "hustle" mentality
- Proactive, resilient, and doesn't take "no" for an answer easily
- Owns a vehicle and a valid driving license (essential for visits)
College students / fresh graduates with a passion for networking are welcome
