As a Graphic Designer at Coffest, you’ll bring our brand to life through clean, modern visuals across social media, packaging, campaigns, and marketing materials. You’ll work closely with the content and marketing teams to develop cohesive designs, translate ideas into compelling visuals, and support real projects from concept to production. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, curious about branding, and eager to learn, with opportunities to build a strong portfolio, receive practical mentorship, and grow into a full-time position.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think
outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Design social media content, ads, and promotional visuals
- Create packaging design, product label layouts, and brand assets
- Develop visual concepts for campaigns, website, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to maintain visual consistency
- Produce reels or simple motion graphics (basic level is fine)
- Prepare final artwork files for printing and production
Requirements
- Proficient in any design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Figma or Affinity Designer)
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Able to translate ideas into clean, modern visuals
- Curious about coffee and branding (basic knowledge is fine — we teach!)
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive
- College students / fresh graduates are welcome
