As a Store Manager at Coffest, you’ll take charge of daily store operations, manage online ordering platforms, support B2B clients, and lead the full sales cycle while keeping everything organized through our ERP system. This role is perfect for someone persuasive, detail-oriented, and curious about coffee, with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. You’ll play a key part in achieving sales objectives and delivering great customer experiences, all while gaining hands-on exposure in a growing coffee business, receiving mentorship, and accessing continuous training opportunities as you grow with us.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think
outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle store operations for walk-in-customers (B2C)
- Manage online ordering platforms (Shopeefood, etc)
- Support B2B customers inquiries
- Keep things organized using ERP system
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
Requirements
- Full-time availabilty (Monday - Saturday 09.00-17.00)
- Persuasive, have an excellent communication skill
- Curious about coffee (No need to be an expert - we teach!)
- Meticulous in work
- College students / fresh graduates are welcomed
