Colombia Aji Bourbon - 150 gram
“It tastes like cold watermelon on a hot afternoon, like lychee peeled with sticky fingers, like a pot of tea steeping by an open window. Bruselas, Huila, 1,700 to 1,900 meters above sea level. Light, clean, and quietly nostalgic, a filter coffee that feels like a long weekend.”
Huila is one of Colombia’s most respected specialty coffee-producing regions, and Bruselas is a name that frequently appears on cupping tables. Colombia Aji Bourbon grows at an altitude of 1,700–1,900 meters above sea level, where warm days and cool nights allow the coffee cherries to ripen slowly.
The Bourbon Aji varietal is selected for its elegant character, then processed using the Anaerobic Washed method to achieve a clean, controlled, and refined Specialty-grade cup.
Its Light Medium Roast is developed specifically for filter brewing, allowing the beans’ natural character to shine without being masked by a darker roast. For coffee lovers, this is an opportunity to experience Colombia from a less familiar perspective: beyond the conventional nutty and chocolate notes, this coffee tells a story of varietal identity and terroir.
Watermelon, lychee, and Earl Grey notes are an added delight—not the only reasons to fall in love with this coffee.
