Ethiopia Alo Bensa Sidama - 150 gram
Mist rolls over the highlands of Alo, where coffee has been cultivated for generations beyond memory. The cherries ripen slowly in the crisp mountain air, then rest in sealed tanks until the fruit develops its vivid character. What reaches your cup is a beautiful burst of jasmine-like florals, golden honey, and juicy pineapple.
With its fragrant floral aroma, honeyed sweetness, and refreshing muscat notes, followed by a juicy pineapple finish, Ethiopia Alo Bensa Sidama is a specialty roasted coffee bean from Alo, Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia—the ancestral home of coffee. Grown at an altitude of 2,100–2,280 meters above sea level, this coffee features the JARC 74158 varietal, one of Ethiopia’s heirloom varieties selected through dedicated breeding programs.
Processed using the Mossto Anaerobic method, it delivers a more pronounced and cleaner fruit character, then receives a Light Medium Roast specifically developed for filter brewing to bring out its full complexity.
