Elevate your coffee collection with our Specialty Arabica Gayo Natural Anaerobic Green Beans. Sourced from the mist-covered Gayo Highlands (Aceh Tengah & Bener Meriah), these premium beans are grown at an elite altitude of 1400–1800 masl. This extreme elevation, combined with fertile volcanic soil, ensures a high-density bean packed with complex flavor precursors.


The Natural Anaerobic process involves fermenting the whole coffee cherries in oxygen-free tanks before drying. This modern technique intensifies the fruit esters, resulting in a cup that is remarkably vibrant, winey, and sweet. Using the Ateng Super varietal and maintaining a strict moisture content of 12–14%, this specialty series is a masterpiece for roasters aiming for a high-scoring, standout profile.
