Elevate your roasting game with our Specialty Arabica Kerinci Natural Anaerobic Green Beans. Sourced from the mist-covered Kerinci Highlands in Jambi Province, these beans are cultivated at an elite altitude of 1400–1800 masl. The combination of fertile volcanic soil and extreme elevation produces a dense, high-density bean with an incredibly rich aromatic potential.


The Natural Anaerobic process involves fermenting whole cherries in an oxygen-free environment before drying. This controlled fermentation intensifies the fruit esters, resulting in a cup that is remarkably vibrant, winey, and sweet. Featuring a premium blend of Sigararutang, Andongsari, and S-795 varietals, this specialty series is perfect for roasters looking to showcase a high-scoring, exotic coffee.
