Experience the legendary "Giling Basah" character with our Wet Hulled Series Arabica Mandheling Green Beans. Sourced from the volcanic heart of Mandheling, North Sumatra, these beans are cultivated at an altitude of 1000 – 1300 masl. This region is world-renowned for producing beans with immense body and a complex, rustic flavor profile that is a staple for premium roastery collections.
As part of our Wet Hulled Series, these beans undergo the traditional Sumatran processing method which results in low acidity and a heavy mouthfeel. Featuring a high-quality blend of Sigararutang and Lini S-795 varietals, and maintained at a stable moisture content of 12% – 14%, these beans are the perfect foundation for a bold, savory roast.
