Green Bean - WetHull Series - Arabica - Gayo - Semiwash Grade 1 Triple Pick

Unlock the authentic and bold profile of Sumatran coffee with our Specialty Arabica Gayo Green Beans. Sourced from the legendary Gayo Highlands (Aceh Tengah & Bener Meriah), these beans are grown at an altitude of 1200–1700 masl. The combination of high-altitude volcanic soil and the traditional wet-hulled method results in a dense bean with the signature intensity that Gayo coffee is famous for.

Processed using the Semiwash (Wet Hulled) method, this specialty green coffee embodies the classic Indonesian profile: a syrupy mouthfeel and low acidity. The Ateng Super and Bourbon varietals, maintained at a stable moisture content of 12–14%, offer roasters a robust and versatile foundation for creating a powerful espresso base or a bold, traditional manual brew.

Technical Specifications:

  • Origin: Gayo Highlands, Aceh Tengah & Bener Meriah, Indonesia

  • Varietal: Ateng Super, Bourbon, Tim-Tim

  • Process: Semiwash (Wet Hulled)

  • Altitude: 1200 – 1700 masl

  • Moisture Content: 12% – 14%

  • Roast Recommendation: Medium — Medium to Dark

Potential Flavor Profile (After Roasting): Our Arabica Gayo Semiwash green beans are selected for their heavy and savory potential. When roasted, expect a coffee with Extra Heavy Body and Low Acidity, featuring notes of:

  • Top Notes: Herbal, Warm Spices (Clove/Tobacco), and Cedar aromatics.

  • Base Notes: Intense Dark Chocolate, Molasses, and a signature lingering Earthy finish.
