Halu Honey - 150 gram
Halu Honey – Specialty Arabica Coffee Beans
“We believe sweetness does not need to be loud. We believe a coffee can taste of mangosteen and pineapple and still be unmistakably coffee. We believe caramel belongs in the cup because the cup earned it. Halu Honey is a quiet case for gentleness, made for people who sip rather than gulp.”
Honey in the name refers to the processing method, not an added ingredient. There is no honey in this coffee, and we think it's worth saying that before anyone tries brewing it alongside their tea.
The sweetness you taste comes from Arabica beans grown in Ciwidey and dried with some of the fruit's natural layers still attached.
The result is a specialty coffee with a light-medium roast, offering notes of mangosteen, pineapple, and caramel. It's ideal for V60 and other manual brewing methods.
It doesn't shout, demand a lengthy explanation, or need sugar to feel complete. Halu Honey is quiet, but it certainly has something to say.
