Halu Natural Anaerobic - 150 gram
Halu Natural Anaerobic – Specialty Arabica Coffee Beans
“Best with a thick slice of plain butter cake and nothing urgent on the calendar. The cake keeps its manners; Halu brings white grape, plum and a wink of mandarin. Together they taste like a Sunday that was properly planned. Good while warm, and quietly good again when it is not.”
It's called Halu, and we know how suspicious that sounds for a coffee claiming to taste like white grapes, plums, and mandarin oranges.
The fruity character comes from the natural anaerobic process used for these Arabica beans from Ciwidey, not from any added ingredients.
Feel free to be skeptical. The first sip usually settles the debate.
Roasted to a light-medium level to preserve its distinct fruity character, this specialty coffee from West Java is best enjoyed as filter coffee, whether brewed with a V60, pour-over, or another manual brewing method.
The result is a clean, sweet cup with just a hint of arrogance about its white grape notes.
