Grown in the highlands of Panji Mulia, Aceh at an altitude of 1450 - 1500 masl, this coffee features the legendary Abyssinia varietal—one of the oldest coffee varieties directly descended from Ethiopia, whose population is now incredibly rare and highly prized in Indonesia. Through a highly disciplined Fully Washed process, all remaining mucilage is perfectly cleaned to expose its genetic purity free from any flavor distortion.
