By employing a precise Honey process, we meticulously preserve the natural mucilage of the coffee cherry, resulting in a cup with amplified sweetness and a sophisticated, syrupy texture.


This specialty roast offers a bright and refreshing flavor profile, opening with the juicy sweetness of Nectarine and Orange, then gracefully settling into the elegant, floral acidity of Rosella Tea. Expertly roasted to a Medium Light profile, this coffee is specifically optimized for filter brewing methods to highlight its intricate aromatic clarity.
