Imported Brazil Fazenda Sertao Single Origin Specialty Arabica Coffee Beans. Natural process. Roasted to order.
“A warm, ripe sweetness—reminiscent of honey slowly drizzled over roasted almonds. Chocomalt emerges in the middle, smooth and well-rounded, before closing with a creamy, subtly nutty nougat texture. Beneath it all lies a delicate whisper of jasmine—never overpowering, but just enough to lift the entire cup and make it feel alive. A classic Brazil crafted with precision, not merely harvested.”
Almond glazed honey presents first, introducing a sweet, gentle sensation on the palate. Chocomalt follows in the middle, imparting weight and a rounded depth of flavor. Nougat finishes the cup—creamy and slightly nutty, leaving a rich, lingering aftertaste. A faint hint of jasmine subtly unveils amidst the brew, offering an additional aromatic layer rarely found in typical Brazilian lots.
Grown at Fazenda Sertao, Carmo De Minas, Minas Gerais—one of Brazil's most celebrated coffee-growing regions, revered for its full body and natural sweetness. The varietal is Red Catuai, a staple in Brazil known for its consistency and ability to produce clean cups. Processed naturally: whole coffee cherries are dried with their skin and pulp intact, delivering a heavier body and a more pronounced sweetness compared to washed processes. Imported, seasonal, limited.
