Redcurrant emerges first, delivering a fresh, quick tartness that lingers on the tongue. Plum follows next, bringing a deeper, layered sweetness—reminiscent of freshly picked ripe fruit. Chocolate presents at the finish, providing body and a smooth aftertaste that balances the initial acidity without weighing the cup down.
Grown in El Canfor, San Ignacio—one of Peru's coffee-growing regions renowned for high altitudes and microclimates that foster clean cup profiles. The varietal is Caturra 16UP, a select Caturra variety known for its high cup quality potential. The Fully Washed process ferments and washes the coffee completely clean before drying, producing a crystal-clear flavor profile and a more defined acidity compared to other processes. Imported, seasonal, limited.
