Gayo Semiwash

Experience the rich heritage of Indonesian coffee with our Arabica Aceh Gayo Single Origin. Sourced from the mist-covered Gayo Highlands in Aceh Province, these beans are the definition of balance and sweetness. Cultivated at high altitudes and processed using the traditional Semiwash method, this coffee highlights the Ateng Super varietal's ability to produce a remarkably sweet and clean cup.

Masterfully roasted to a Medium Dark profile, these beans are specifically optimized for Espresso. With a perfect 5/5 sweetness rating, this Gayo selection delivers a syrupy mouthfeel and a comforting flavor profile that pairs beautifully with milk or stands strong as a bold straight shot.
