Harvested from the fertile volcanic slopes of Mount Kerinci in Jambi, these beans undergo an extended fermentation process to develop a complex, intoxicating aroma and flavor profile that mimics fine wine—completely alcohol-free.


This specialty roast offers a bold and adventurous cup. Indulge in the signature Winey acidity, perfectly layered with the tropical sweetness of Jackfruit and balanced by a clean, lingering finish of Sugarcane. Roasted to a Medium Light profile, this coffee is specifically crafted for filter methods to ensure every nuanced, fermented note shines through with clarity.
