Our roastery was born from a deep passion for coffee and a personal search for better health. When our founder could no longer enjoy commercial coffee due to sensitivities, it sparked a journey to understand coffee beyond the cup. Through years of tasting, learning, and exploration, it became clear that coffee is shaped by its origin, processing, and roasting—and that when handled with care, it can be both flavorful and gentle on the body.
At Coffest, we work only with fully ripe cherries, carefully sort every bean, and roast to order to ensure freshness and quality. We believe coffee is an art that deserves full attention at every stage. Rooted in Indonesia—one of the world’s most important coffee-producing countries—we are committed to elevating local flavors through thoughtful innovation, precise roasting, and a deep respect for the people and processes behind every coffee we produce.
