TRIPLE PICK QUALITY GUARANTEE (Why Our Green Beans Are More Honest)Most marketplace sellers claim Grade 1 with only a single coarse machine sorting. At Coffest Roastery, we apply 3 stages of physical purification:
- Suton Machine: Filters out foreign objects such as stones, twigs, dust, broken beans, and residual silver skin from upstream processing.
- Optical Sorting Machine (SORTEX): Modern optical sensor technology to eliminate black beans, sour beans, and insect-damaged beans.
- Hand Sorting (Manual Pick): The final manual touch by our expert team to remove fungus-damaged beans and ensure near-zero defect.*The drying process uses indirect sunlight techniques (Greenhouse effect) to lock in optimal flavor complexity.
